Terms of Service — unset
These terms govern use of https://unset.work ("unset"), a generative art project run by Mete Han Çetiner (temmuzcetiner@gmail.com).
- The service. unset displays generative artworks and lets you receive one as a draft in your TikTok account via TikTok's official APIs. Nothing is published unless you post it yourself in TikTok.
- Eligibility. You must be allowed to use TikTok and comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- License to the works. Pieces you receive remain the work of unset. You may post them on your own TikTok account, non-commercially, as received or with your own caption. You may not resell them or claim authorship.
- Acceptable use. No automated access, abuse of the receive feature, or attempts to circumvent limits.
- Availability. The project changes continuously and is provided "as is", without warranties. We may limit, change or stop the feature at any time.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages; liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
- TikTok. unset is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
- Privacy. See https://unset.work/privacy-policy.
- Law. German law applies; mandatory consumer protections of your country remain.
